10. Undeliverable Packages
Packages may be considered undeliverable if:

- The recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
- The address is inaccessible
- The package is refused by the recipient
In such cases, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange redelivery or process a refund (minus shipping charges).
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of expected delivery)
- We will investigate with the shipping carrier
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No additional charges will apply
