30 Days Easy Returns & Exchanges
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- Be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Have the original invoice or proof of purchase
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, worn, or washed
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
- Gift cards and vouchers
3. Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Return
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to "Order History"
- Select the order you want to return
- Click on "Return/Exchange" and select the items
- Choose the reason for return
- Submit your return request
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
- A Return Authorization (RA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
Step 3: Ship the Item
Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please include:
- The RA number on the package
- Original invoice or order confirmation
- All original tags and accessories
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refund will be credited to your card within 7-14 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: Refund will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size (subject to availability)
- Different color (subject to availability)
- Different product (price difference will be adjusted)
To exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify "Exchange" as the reason. We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
6. Return Shipping
Free Returns
We offer free return shipping for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items received
- Items not matching the description
Paid Returns
For returns due to change of mind or size issues, return shipping charges may apply. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
7. Refund Timeline
- Return Request Approval: 1-2 business days
- Return Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location)
- Item Inspection: 2-3 business days after receipt
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days
- Total Time: Approximately 10-20 business days from return initiation
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a free return and replacement or full refund
- No return shipping charges will apply
9. Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us immediately
- Do not use or open the item
- We will arrange for a free return and send the correct item
- No return shipping charges will apply
10. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order:
- Before Shipping: Full refund will be processed within 24-48 hours
- After Shipping: You can refuse delivery or return the item as per return policy
11. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:
- Can be used for future purchases
- Does not expire
- Cannot be converted to cash
- Can be combined with other offers and discounts
